Hardys Deny Reports That Impact Filed “Broken” Rights Before Them

According to pwinsider.com, Impact Wrestling apparently filed for the trademarks and rights to the “Broken” Gimmick back in January, but the US Trademark website lists it as being filed in April. Pwinsider.com adds that Impact management and personnel are said to be very upset about this issue, feeling that it is biased towards the Hardys.
The Hardys denied this report that Impact Wrestling filed trademarks and rights before they did in a tweet they sent out. You can read this below:
